Some important changes have been made to advance the quality of this product beyond the norm. The most important change is the new Muscle Drive Peptide Complex which contains hydrolyzed whey and peptide bonded glutamine whill will help enhance the speed of muscle recovery. Digezyme enzymes have been extensively studied and shown to enhance protein digestion, whilst Lactospore pro-biotics, similar to those found in yoghurt, provide for a healthier gut.

Why train at home and not the gym? When you’re at home you’re not surrounded by’ posers’ and ‘look at me’s’…. you know the type! At home you can feel completely comfortable doing your own thing in your own time. No need to worry about waiting for equipment or feeling self conscious with Mr Muscles standing next to you. You can listen to what ever music you like as loud as you like, no more cheesy pop… This is your domain!

At home you don’t have to follow any particular schedule, it’s never shut. If I want to get up and workout early in the morning you can, if I want to train late at night you can. By training at home there are no restrictions on what you can and can’t do.

The pros can far out weigh the cons when training at home. In this article I will run through the types of equipment that I feel necessary to build a big physique.

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

Right then, you’ve decided to go for it.

After deciding where to put you home gym (preferably not upstairs as it can sound like your going to come through the ceiling!) you need to start looking for equipment! Here’s is a list of all the equipment you should be looking at.

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

Weights:

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

Olympic style weights… The usual Olympic set comes with an Olympic bar with a variety of different pound plates. The entire set should weigh 300lbs or so. (Yes – 300lbs!) Don’t settle for the plastic or even crappy concrete ones if you can help it. Buy real weights, you will be much happier in the long run

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

Bench:

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

A flat bench, which inclines and declines. Preferably with a preacher curl setup but defiantly with a leg extension and leg curl attachment.

Important: Be sure its half descent. It got to hold up a lot of weight, it’s got to hold you plus the amount of weight you will be using. In other words don’t buy flimsy cheep stuff that might cause you an injury.

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

Dumbbells:

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

You don’t need to spend hundreds, even thousands of pounds on a dumbbell set ranging from 30lbs to 200lbs that no body will ever use… Opt for the Olympic dumbbells. They run about £25 a go for a 15lb dumbbell. You can add weight and strip weight as and when you please.

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

Multi-Purpose Pec Deck:

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

A multi purpose pec deck with machine bench press and pull down bar for training the lats. With this machine you can do loads of the exercises you can do at the gym. You can do pec flies, machine press, lat pull downs, pull ups, seated rows, triceps push downs and cable work when training biceps and forearms, chest, shoulders. This machine will really complete you home gym nicely.

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

Squat Rack:

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

Right, now we can be talking serious money but by far one off the best piece of equipment you can buy. You can do heavy squats on your own and safely.

With the adjustable settings for bar placement. You can place the bar about knee height, which is great for doing dead lifts, or a little higher when doing barbell curls and bent rows. I can’t stress how important this piece is…. If you can afford it, buy one!Top

Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

Stereo:

You just know it makes sense!

Top Tip!: Protein High, Carbs Medium, Fat Low

Conclusion

Trainings about enjoying yourself, plain and simple. If you don’t, you’ll give up. Don’t be too hard on yourself at first but try to stay motivated. Once you start to see results you’ll be hooked!

Train Hard! And all the best! Adam
