Health and Fitness Survey

We’ve surveyed over 700 people on their attitudes towards health and fitness, and the results are pretty juicy.

Here are the details of our findings…

Exercise

Frequent exercisers are happier with their looks, less likely to eat junk food and predominantly male

1. People who exercise less than once a week are 18 times more likely to eat junk food than those who exercise everyday

Supplements

Supplement users are happier with the way they look, more satisfied with their health and less likely to consider drastic options to get the ideal body than non supplement users.

Age

Teens are uninterested in sex, would do anything for the perfect body and they hate junk food and drink.

Gender

Women are unhappy with the way they look, take supplements for weight loss and would do anything for the perfect body (including fasting and surgery).

1. Over half of the women surveyed said they were unhappy with the way they look, compared just 42% of men
