Amy Champion is on the rise. The aspiring bodybuilding has totally transformed her body and lost a whopping 12 stone in the process. Finally, she is starting to get noticed.
After speaking to Amy in June 2014, we decided to feature her body transformation. Since then she’s enjoyed a professional photoshoot, featured in national papers and has a future in figure competitions ahead of her.
This is the rise and rise of Amy Champion.
Where it all began…
A fan of kickboxing, Amy tore a knee ligament which put her out of action. Unable to exercise, the weight started to creep on. Not long after, she became pregnant and the pounds kept coming. After having her child, Amy reached her highest weight of 23 stone.
She tried her best to avoid photos, but seeing a snap her sister had taken was the turning point: Amy decided to take control once and for all.
Cardio was the start, but it wasn’t long before weight training was introduced. It took an hour each of cardio and lifting a day, plus proper nutrition and the odd supplement to get the figure model physique she craved.

What happened next…
Amy’s profile soon began to rise and she was picked for the Supplement Centre Elite Athlete Programme and a fantastic photoshoot.
Since then, Amy’s story has really taken off and she has been featured in many places, including national newspapers, where she has shared her story and hopefully, will inspire others.
Having achieved so much in so little time, the future for Amy is looking bright. Competing, modelling, creating her own brand of workout supplements? Who knows what the future will hold. But we think it will be big for this lean mean fitness machine.
