We love a good video. And whilst we are sure to have missed some, we thought it would be a lovely idea to pool some of our favourite ones from the last month and put them into one big blog!
So here, are the likes of Nick Millard, Simon Knowles and Matt Goddard, plus more, strutting their stuff in the way of fitness.
Lean Bean’s double deadlift
Lindsay Benson, better known as Lean Bean Nutrition, is a cooking goddess. Give her some protein powder and a few simple ingredients and she can whip up a storm. She can also lift too. Even with friends!

Karl Murray’s battle rope debut
The Elite Athlete Programme helps to support people in a manner of ways. So here is Karl trying battle ropes for the first time, and a bit of advice from our Facebook followers.
Karl Murray on his 5th set of battle ropes. It was Karl's first ever effort and he is looking to get to a minute. Any tips?

Matthew Goddard’s wall assisted press ups
Another person trying to improve. Matt Goddard is looking to remove the wall from this exercise, so good on him. But some folk thought they could do it with no arms! I worry I do.
Here's Matthew Goddard of the #SCElite doing some pretty awesome wall assisted press ups. Anyone care to try?

Mark Smith “plays hangman”
Before competing, Mark Smith shared many videos of his workouts. This is one of our favourites.

Simon Knowles goes on a (farmer’s) walk
140kg on each arm? Yeah, no problem for Strongman Si, who apparently had a bit too much pre workout. Oops.
Nick Millard competes with atlas stones
Last but not least is Nick as he competed at a strongman event in Wiltshire. He doesn’t quite make the last stone, but you have to applaud the effort.
Stone run. 120 – 180kg. Ran out of gas for the 180.
