Gym = hard.
Anyone who says building muscle, staying in shape or that just getting to the gym is easy, is wrong.
We all love a good fail, and it seems that our human endeavour to stay healthy, creates more than its fair share.

If you are using free weights, then please use collars. And perhaps don’t load the bar to breaking point either.
Trying to lift like that is normally a case of inflated ego, which often leads to Imaginary Lat Syndrome.
Sometimes lifting too much turns you into a pigeon.
Though some people can lift weights properly…at a rather puke filled cost.
Luckily, she’s not the only one.
It’s not just humans that struggle with fitness though.
But don’t laugh at cats who stay in shape…and don’t do any exercise near them.
All in all, this fitness business is hard work, and full of danger, sometimes the best way to approach it is full on, full speed ahead. Don’t let anything hold you back!
