Supplements vs Food

If you’re working hard to improve your strength and performance, you’ll need to couple it with good nutrition for the best results. The problem is, getting enough nutrients from food alone can be a challenge.

We’re not saying it’s a good idea to eat 11 hard boiled eggs a day – but that’s how many it would take to max out on selenium. And the 3 cups of caviar required to fill up on Omega-3 would put a considerable strain on your finances.

Which is why the right supplements, in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise, can be so appealing.

Take a look at this visual sample of some supplements and their food equivalents and see for yourself.

Nice! an informative and interesting one, supplements should compliment with the food we eat for us to have a healthy life. Now I know how much is included in a certain capsule of a supplement.
