Why I like this – It’s quick, easy, cheap and tastes great

Preparation time – 10 minutes

Cooking time – none, it just sets in the fridge

Ingredients (serves 3)

• 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
• ½ pint skimmed milk
• ½ pint water
• Sprinkle of cinnamon
• 1 packet gelatine


1. Heat milk and water together in a large bowl (hot but not boiling)
2. Add gelatine, protein powder and cinnamon and whisk till all mixed in
3. Pour into dessert pots (makes 3 desserts) and leave to set in fridge

Top Tip

Each dessert is around 25g of protein, for 35g add another scoop of Protein powder.
